In the summertime, the outside patio by the fishpond & waterfall allows you to actually catch a tan while eating the local favorite surf-n-turf burger topped with fresh Maine lobster. Whatever mood you may be in, the very selective and diverse menu will never let you down.

The attractive bar crowd pulsates vibrant energy all year round, serving frozen specialty drinks with a floater or sipping on an eye- opener espresso martini. Coconut shrimp tempura and orange -ginger calamari are among popular menu items ordered at the bar during happy hour.

On Sundays, Minnesota’s proudly presents the “All American Brunch”, featuring such crowd pleasers as crab cakes & eggs and strawberry stuffed french toast. Live acoustic music featured every Sunday night is a nice touch enjoyed by the dinner crowd.

If you cannot get tickets to the big game, Minnesota’s is the best spot to view sporting events. With two-10 ft projection screens, 10 high definition TV sets and Dolby surround sound, one feels like they are actually at the game. Minnesota’s proudly features all NFL games shown throughout the entire season.

Our in-house pastry chef Tracy Johnson, a.k.a the “flip-flop gourmet” provides the perfect ending to your dining experience. Some of her desserts include Gran Marnier chocolate fondue and the cheesecake of the week, all of which help create a finish as beautiful as a Long Beach sunset.
